Any person Still Politicizing Insecurity In Anambra Is Not Being Fair To Soludo -- Ossy Onuko

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA) Hon. Ossy Onuko has made it categorically clear that any person still politicizing insecurity in Anambra State is not being fair to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo because he believes that the governor has tackled insecurity head-on. 

Onuko who spoke exclusively with HEADLINE NEWS in his office in Awka on Wednesday, stated that every Anambra citizen now feels at home as people now return home to relax as well as savour the ambience, peace and serenity of their respective communities, adding that the insecurity in Anambra State has been tackled head-on. 

Onuko who observed that the influx of people into the state last festive season was a clear testimony that Anambra is now calm and very peaceful, said the forthcoming Easter Celebration would be another beautiful experience across the state because the security of lives and property of the citizens is top on the agenda of Governor Soludo's administration. 

Onuko noted that the new Homeland Security Law that the governor did was targeted to address security breaches as the joint security forces of the Operation Udo Ga Achi, Agunechemba, the Police, Army and other security agencies are now ravaging most of the places that have been ungovernable and under the firm grip of kidnapper and unknown gunmen. 

He therefore reiterated that anybody still making reference to insecurity in Anambra State is not being fair to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo because government, according to him, is created to solve problems and Soludo's government will continue to solve the problems of Ndi-Anambra. 

He said March 17th this year would be a date Ndi-Anambra would look back and say thank you to the governor whom he said has tackled without bias issues that have affected the citizens in all spheres of human endeavours especially those in the rural areas. Onuko maintained that 17th March this year would be a day of gratitude and a day to say thank you to the governor for a job well done.
