RAYMOND OZOJI reports
The Hausa community in Anambra state has rejected the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo and accepted the gubernatorial candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) Ozo Jeff Nweke.
The leader of the Hausa community in Anambra state Alhaji Husseni Haruna who made the public rejection of the incumbent governor and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) at an event in Awka, declared that APGA is cancelled in their hearts and that he would use his position as the Serikin Hausa to mobilize all the northerners in the 21 Local Government Areas of the state for Ozo Jeff Nweke.
Haruna emphasized that as far as the Hausa community in Anambra is concerned, APGA is dead and they are following AA, stressing that he would use the last drop of his blood to ensure that the northern extraction of the citizenry voted for Ozo Jeff Nweke, whom he said has been a benefactor to the northern community in the state.
He explained that the AA governorship candidate is always accessible even in the dead of the night, noting that Ozo Jeff Nweke has a lot to offer in the realm of security and safety of the citizens even as he stressed that adequate security is the foundation of every liveable and prosperous homeland.
Haruna noted that he was a member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance ( APGA) but later defected to Action Alliance (AA) where he found solace from he saw as ill-treatments of northerners by the current APGA-led state government.
