Oppositions Will Bow To Soludo -- Agbodike

RAYMOND OZOJI reports

The member representing Ihiala federal constituency at the National Assembly Abuja Rt. Hon. Dr. Paschal Arinzechukwu Agbodike has stated in clear-cut erms that opposition elements will bow before Governor Chukwuma Soludo in reverence come November 8th, 2025.

Agbodike who addressed newsmen at St. Patricks Cathedral Awka shortly after Governor Soludo's 3rd anniversary special thanksgiving church service last Sunday, said that there is a possibility of such happening because Anambra State has never had a governor like Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo.

He emphasized that there is absolutely no need for any opposition to conceive the idea of contesting against Governor Soludo in the next governorship election because he believes that there is no contest and no competition whatsoever because the incumbent governor has performed beyond the expectations of Ndi-Anambra in just three years of his administration.

Agbodike said that the governor has transformed the education, health, human capital, infrastructure and other sectors of the state economy; leaving no sector unattended to. He noted that given the present scenario in Anambra State at the moment, there is nothing the opposition is coming to kick against because the citizens have attested to the good governance model of the solution government.

He reiterated the fact that Governor Soludo's second term aspiration is done and dusted and there is absolutely no need for opposition elements to come and waste money contesting against someone who has already received the blessings and unanimous endorsements of the entire citizenry.

The federal legislator who described Governor Soludo's projects and programmes as top-notch, said Soludo is a trailblazer and always set development template for other governors to copy and apply in their respective states. He therefore emphasized the dire need for the monumental transformations in the state courtesy of Soludo's administration to be spread across the nooks and crannies of the state.

He was however of the opinion that Governor Soludo's developmental roadmap was in tandem with the manifesto of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) of leaving no one behind. The House of Reps member said he has also applied the Soludo model in Ihiala federal constituency where he has attracted a lot of capital projects to the area.

Agbodike therefore thanked all those who worked closely with the governor to realize the Anambra dream of infrastructural development, human capital development and all others. He equally expressed profound gratitude to Ndi-Anambra for not being deceived by some individuals who think that they don't like good things.

That this time around, there would be no opposition in Anambra State as he believes all of them will come together and say there is no need going to the polls to contest against the governor rather all should come together and give a unanimous endorsement to Soludo's second term bid.

He said Ihiala people have agreed that it is Soludo and there are no dissenting voices to the agreement. That come November 8th this year and for the very first time in Anambra State, opposition elements will bow to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo in defeat and respect for him because he is an icon of positive change and sustainable development.
