The Executive Chairman of Nnewi-South Local Government Area of Anambra State Hon. Van-George Chinedu Ezeogidi has declared the month of February for what he described as quality, people-oriented projects in the council area.
Ezeogidi who made the declaration in his goodwill message to the people of Nnewi-South, said his administration will continue to deliver projects and programmes in tandem with the felt-needs of the people.
Ezeogidi who had since inception of office commenced palliative works on roads in Nnewi-South and personally inspected them to ensure quality job delivery, noted that roads in Ukpor, Unubi, Utuh and other communities in Nnewi-South are currently receiving priority attention.
HEADLINE NEWS reports that the Nnewi-South LG boss posited that projects and programmes being executed in the council area are done in line with Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo's template for quality control to ensure that the people of Nnewi-South got the very best of democracy dividends and good governance.
His goodwill message reads, " As we enter February, the second month of 2025, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and cooperation.
We have designated this February as the 'Month of Projects.' As a government, we remain committed to our mission of delivering high-quality services, projects, and amenities aimed at fostering a more robust, progressive, and developed Nnewi South.
We will continue to prioritize the needs of our communities, improve on the security of lives and property of our residents, and work towards creating a brighter, more prosperous future for everyone."
